Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Develop scalable solutions for real-time quantum data processing and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype quantum-AI applications
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum AI methodologies and architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 3+ years of industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance optimization
