Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in emerging quantum-AI domains
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and AI methodologies
- Secure research grants and maintain partnerships with academic institutions
- Present findings at international conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Python
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Strong understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
