Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Quantum AI Engineer to lead the charge in the next era of computation. As we approach the technological tipping point of 2026, our mission is to integrate quantum mechanics with deep learning to solve problems currently deemed impossible. This is a rare opportunity to build the infrastructure that will define the future of artificial intelligence.
In this role, you will not just use existing tools; you will help define the algorithms that run on them. You will work in a high-performance environment alongside world-class physicists and software architects, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) era.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum algorithms for machine learning tasks, specifically focusing on variational quantum eigensolvers.
- Collaborate with theoretical research teams to translate quantum physics concepts into executable code.
- Optimize quantum circuits for reduced gate depth and error mitigation strategies.
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical models to enhance standard neural network performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum software stacks on cloud-based quantum processors.
- Present research findings and technical roadmaps to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their quantum computing services (Braket, Quantum Computing Engine).
- Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier conferences and journals.
