Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum algorithms
- Develop error-correction models for hybrid quantum-neural systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor optimization
- Research and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic solutions
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent experience with 5+ years in AI/ML
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of architecting complex distributed systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in theoretical physics or computational complexity
