Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs with high precision, providing clear feedback to developers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Perform manual testing, regression testing, and smoke testing to verify software stability.
- Utilize bug tracking tools such as JIRA to manage and prioritize issues effectively.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) Testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with various testing types, including black-box, white-box, and functional testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
