Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results and track bugs using JIRA and similar tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing on new software releases
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and review meetings
- Analyze requirements and design test scenarios
- Maintain and update test documentation
- Validate user stories and acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience (manual or automated)
- Proficiency with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (black-box, white-box, regression)
- Experience with SQL and basic scripting (Python/Java)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
