Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA with clear steps and severity levels
- Perform regression testing on new feature releases
- Validate UI/UX consistency across responsive designs
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and traceability matrices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of manual QA testing experience in SaaS products
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and defect lifecycles
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
