Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects
- Document test cases, results, and bugs using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate software functionality against requirements and user stories
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Analyze test metrics to improve quality assurance processes
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and regression test suites
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with bug tracking and defect lifecycle management
- Basic knowledge of SQL and automated testing frameworks
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
