Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software functionality meets business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on various platforms and devices.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to verify software stability and performance.
- Provide clear and concise bug reports to the development team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in manual testing and experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and API testing (Postman) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
