Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Document detailed bug reports and track them through to resolution using industry-standard tools like Jira.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Perform regression testing on new feature releases to maintain system stability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo our structured paid training program and obtain relevant certifications.
