Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to identify defects and bugs in web and mobile applications.
- Document and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Verify that software features work according to specified requirements.
- Communicate effectively with developers to resolve reported issues.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and test plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software operations.
- Ability to learn new software tools and testing methodologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
