Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs in our bug-tracking system (e.g., JIRA) with clear reproduction steps.
- Perform regression testing on new builds to ensure existing features remain unaffected.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Conduct exploratory testing to discover edge cases and usability issues.
- Automate repetitive test scenarios using scripting languages to improve efficiency.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
- Familiarity with SQL databases for data validation.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
