Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and defects with precision.
- Perform regression testing to verify fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve critical issues.
- Document testing results, analyze root causes, and provide actionable feedback.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and test life cycles.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible working schedule.
- Experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking tools is required.
