Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing products.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes haven't introduced new bugs.
- Conduct manual testing, exploratory testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Generate detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce and screenshots.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including black-box and white-box testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
