Job Overview:
As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. You will work closely with developers to identify bugs, improve user experience, and deliver flawless applications to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs using JIRA or similar issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with software developers to reproduce, analyze, and verify fixes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not introduce new defects.
- Utilize automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) to streamline testing processes.
- Conduct manual and automated testing on the equipment provided by the company to ensure accurate results.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing.
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
