Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA or similar issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to troubleshoot issues and define root causes.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new code changes do not negatively impact existing features.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
