Responsibilities
- Test Planning & Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
- Automation Engineering: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects with high precision using JIRA or similar ticketing systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to reproduce bugs, understand requirements, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Performance Testing: Assist in identifying bottlenecks and performance issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Regression Testing: Perform comprehensive regression testing to validate code changes and new features.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Automation: Proficiency in at least one automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and RESTful APIs.
- Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
