Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to verify software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Perform regression testing on new builds to prevent the introduction of bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze user feedback and system logs to improve overall product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing tools like Postman.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
