Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments on AWS/Azure
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with development teams to align cloud solutions with business goals
- Document architecture decisions and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on cloud engineering experience
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency with Linux systems and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (VPCs, load balancers)
- Certification (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
