Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and similar tools.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to reproduce bugs and verify fixes.
- Conduct manual and automated testing using industry-standard frameworks.
- Ensure all requirements are met before software deployment.
- Analyze system logs and reports to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SQL and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
