Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA and track resolution progress
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and validate fixes
- Conduct regression testing across web and mobile applications
- Participate in agile sprint planning and release ceremonies
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation and quality metrics
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hands-on QA testing experience
- Proficiency in test case creation and execution methodologies
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of regression, smoke, and integration testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
