Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Perform manual and automated testing to verify functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features remain unaffected by new updates.
- Communicate test results and quality metrics to stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Tester or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript) is highly desirable.
