Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
- Document and track bugs in the bug tracking system (JIRA) with clear, concise reproduction steps.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable after updates.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate software against business requirements.
- Provide timely feedback and insights to improve software quality and user experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a QA Tester or Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in writing test cases and test plans.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
