Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify functional defects
- Document bugs with clear, actionable details in JIRA and Confluence
- Validate UI/UX consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing on new builds and updates
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain comprehensive test case documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of software QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
