Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results using JIRA and other tracking tools
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing across web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and verify reported issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality-focused feedback
- Maintain and update test documentation and test plans
- Analyze test metrics to recommend quality improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of QA testing experience (manual or automated)
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database testing
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
