Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Perform regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Optimize test coverage using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Validate API functionality using Postman and SoapUI
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and bug tracking tools
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
