Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases on hardware/software prototypes
- Document defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and validate fixes
- Develop test plans covering functionality, usability, and compatibility across devices
- Conduct regression testing for product updates and new feature releases
- Analyze test data to identify trends and recommend quality improvements
- Maintain and calibrate provided testing equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, etc.)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with hardware/software products
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium) and scripting
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test management systems
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and troubleshoot hardware issues
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
