Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects
- Document test cases, bugs, and results using JIRA and Confluence
- Perform regression testing on web/mobile applications across devices
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Analyze test metrics to improve quality processes
- Validate hardware compatibility with software releases
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA testing experience (manual/automation)
- Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, or similar testing frameworks
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience testing on iOS/Android and web platforms
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with provided testing equipment (tablets, phones, etc.)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
