Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and other tools
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Conduct regression testing and verify fixes in staging environments
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA/testing roles
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript)
