Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure functionality
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce, document, and track issues through resolution
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability testing
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing with exposure to both manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Experience with functional, regression, and smoke testing techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) preferred
