Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and TestRail with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and implement preventive measures
- Conduct regression testing and performance analysis in Agile/Scrum environments
- Develop test cases from requirements and user stories using BDD frameworks
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Maintain test documentation and quality metrics dashboards
- Stay current with emerging testing tools and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
