What You Will Do:
We are looking for a problem-solver who can bridge the gap between human intent and machine understanding. You will be responsible for crafting the language that drives our AI engines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4 and Claude.
- Optimize prompt structures to maximize accuracy, creativity, and relevance in generated outputs.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to define AI use cases and technical requirements.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on different prompt strategies to drive performance metrics and user satisfaction.
- Document prompt libraries, best practices, and guidelines to ensure scalability across the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP and LLM capabilities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or AI interaction design.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and LLM architecture.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Exceptional creative writing and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into precise, effective prompts.
- Demonstrated experience in user experience (UX) design for AI interfaces.
