Responsibilities
- Develop complex prompt chains and structures (e.g., Chain-of-Thought) to guide AI behavior.
- Analyze AI response data to identify bottlenecks and optimize for tone, style, and accuracy.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices to scale AI capabilities across the organization.
- Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into effective AI prompts.
- Stay updated on the latest NLP research and integrate new techniques into our workflow.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt formulations to determine the most effective approaches.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional attention to detail and nuance.
- Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, BERT) and their capabilities/limitations.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Python, SQL) is highly preferred.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve ambiguous problems.
