What You Will Do:
Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to revolutionizing customer experiences through intelligent automation. You will work directly with our R&D department to fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and deploy high-impact prompt strategies.
Responsibilities
- Model Orchestration: Design, test, and refine complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize accuracy and minimize hallucinations.
- System Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to seamlessly integrate prompt-based AI into web and mobile applications.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor AI output quality and iterate on prompt structures to improve response relevance and speed.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and best practices for internal use.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging NLP trends and adapting them to our tech stack.
- Client Solutions: Translate client requirements into technical prompt specifications that deliver tangible business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, data science, or software development.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model architectures.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of English grammar, tone, and nuance with the ability to write highly specific instructions.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and pattern recognition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
