In this role, you will design, develop, and refine the prompts that drive Large Language Models (LLMs) to their highest potential. You will work closely with data scientists and product managers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create complex, multi-step prompts that maximize the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content for various business use cases.
- Model Training: Fine-tune and adjust prompts for specific LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to ensure optimal performance in real-world scenarios.
- RAG Implementation: Collaborate on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance the knowledge base of our AI agents.
- Quality Assurance: Evaluate AI outputs, identify biases, and continuously iterate on prompt structures to improve safety and reliability.
- Documentation: Build and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates, documentation, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Creative Problem Solving: Invent novel ways to leverage AI for automation, content generation, and customer support enhancement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, data science, or a related AI/ML role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages; familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Language: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and nuance.
- Analytics: Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI output failures.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay current with the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
