Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4, Claude, and Llama to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to evaluate prompt performance and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Product Managers to integrate AI models into production workflows.
- Create comprehensive documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across all AI interactions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the internal knowledge base regarding prompt engineering best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply emerging techniques to our internal projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably within AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analysis.
- Proven experience in writing, testing, and refining prompts for Generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts, transformer architectures, and tokenization.
- Proficiency in Python programming and the ability to use APIs for model integration.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
