Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create, refine, and optimize complex prompts to maximize the accuracy and output quality of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Chain-of-Thought Engineering: Develop sophisticated prompt chains and workflows that guide models through multi-step reasoning tasks.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze model outputs to identify biases, hallucinations, or errors, and implement corrective strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, prompting strategies, and best practices for internal teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate LLM capabilities into our core products.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, copywriting, or technical writing (1-3 years preferred).
