Responsibilities
Design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama).Analyze model outputs to identify biases, hallucinations, and opportunities for improvement.Implement advanced prompting techniques such as Chain-of-Thought (CoT) and ReAct.Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product Managers to define AI use cases and user flows.Conduct A/B testing to validate prompt effectiveness and maximize user engagement.Document prompt engineering best practices and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or a related technical field.Strong command of the English language and technical writing.Experience fine-tuning models or working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) is a plus.Ability to think critically and solve complex logical problems.
