Responsibilities
- Architect and refine complex prompt chains to optimize the performance of GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analysis to minimize model hallucinations and improve output coherence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical prompt strategies.
- Develop and maintain a scalable prompt library for internal and external applications.
- Analyze user feedback loops to continuously iterate on prompt engineering methodologies.
- Ensure all AI outputs adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Prompt Engineering.
- Deep familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automating prompt workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to debug complex model behaviors.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on precision and tone.
