Responsibilities
- Design & Refine Prompts: Create and iterate on complex prompts to optimize the performance of LLMs such as GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Evaluation: Analyze model outputs for accuracy, tone, and relevance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prompt Libraries: Develop comprehensive libraries of templates and prompt patterns to standardize AI interactions across the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into products.
- Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest AI research and prompt engineering techniques to implement state-of-the-art methodologies.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous testing to compare prompt variations and maximize conversion and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience working with LLMs, ChatGPT, or similar Generative AI tools.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and how LLMs function.
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and syntax.
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous prompt engineering work or LLM optimization projects.
