Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts for maximum output accuracy and creativity
- Collaborate with ML engineers to refine model behavior through iterative prompt engineering
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise AI applications
- Analyze prompt performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt best practices and ethical AI usage
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and prompt engineering methodologies
- Contribute to the development of our proprietary prompt optimization framework
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Exceptional written communication and analytical thinking skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Basic programming knowledge (Python/JavaScript preferred)
- Passion for AI and willingness to learn prompt engineering techniques
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) is a plus but not required
