In this pivotal role, you will define the rules of engagement for our AI agents, ensuring they deliver precision, tone, and context that meets enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and refine complex prompt strategies to optimize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing and iterative refinement cycles to improve response accuracy, relevance, and safety.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows into automated pipelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation to standardize AI behavior across the organization.
- Monitor real-time AI outputs to identify edge cases, biases, or errors, and implement corrective prompt engineering techniques.
- Translate ambiguous user requirements into precise, structured prompts that drive desired AI outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or a related field with a strong focus on language.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and the mechanics of how LLMs process information.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for data manipulation and scripting prompt automation tools.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into executable prompts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
