Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across 3 locations
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure using SolarWinds and Nagios
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives including patch management and vulnerability scanning
- Collaborate with senior engineers on Azure cloud migrations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware installations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
