Responsibilities
- Design & Refine Prompts: Create highly effective and nuanced prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to maximize output quality and relevance.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI outputs to ensure accuracy, safety, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt strategies into broader machine learning pipelines.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation and style guides for prompt engineering best practices within the organization.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest developments in Generative AI and NLP to continuously improve our model performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Previous experience working with LLMs, OpenAI API, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for basic scripting and API interaction.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills to troubleshoot and optimize AI responses.
