Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop, test, and refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize the accuracy and relevance of AI outputs.
- Model Evaluation: Create comprehensive evaluation frameworks to measure the performance of LLMs against specific business KPIs.
- Creative Problem Solving: Invent novel prompting techniques to solve complex data retrieval and generation challenges.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and model behaviors for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and Product Managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into product workflows.
- Iteration: Continuously iterate on prompts based on user feedback and model performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, data analysis, or AI interaction design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP concepts, Transformer architectures, and current LLM trends.
