Responsibilities

- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry trends
- Contribute to ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in AI/ML or related technical field
- Proven expertise in prompt engineering and NLP optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) and API integrations
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with flexible schedules
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects
- Preferred: Python programming and ML framework experience
