Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and refine AI prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize prompt efficacy and response quality
- Develop prompt libraries with version control for enterprise clients
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create training materials
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate prompts with ML pipelines
- Monitor prompt performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback
- Present prompt strategies to C-suite stakeholders and technical teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI content development
- Expertise in GPT-4, ChatGPT, or enterprise LLM APIs
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ prompt engineering case studies
- Proficiency in Python and prompt automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing frameworks
- Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities
