Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine AI prompts for diverse applications including chatbots, content generation, and data analysis
- Conduct iterative prompt testing and performance optimization using A/B methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prompt strategies with business objectives
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create reusable prompt templates
- Monitor emerging LLM capabilities and integrate new techniques into prompt frameworks
- Develop evaluation metrics to measure prompt effectiveness and user satisfaction
- Maintain prompt library versioning and ensure consistent quality standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or natural language processing
- Proficiency with major LLM platforms (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and API integrations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimental design and statistical analysis
- Exceptional written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Familiarity with Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
