- Design & Refinement: Develop complex, multi-step prompts that maximize the accuracy and creativity of AI outputs.
- Model Optimization: Continuously test, iterate, and refine prompt structures to reduce hallucinations and improve response coherence.
- Library Management: Build and maintain a scalable library of prompt templates and style guides for internal teams.
- Integration Support: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt logic into production APIs and applications.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze AI behavior data to identify trends and optimize user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in prompt engineering, technical writing, or content strategy.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and basic understanding of NLP concepts.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional command of grammar, tone, and structure; ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.
