Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data models using SQL, Python, and R to solve complex business challenges
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Mentor junior analysts and establish data governance frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into product features
- Monitor KPIs and develop predictive analytics models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with proven leadership track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings to ROI
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences
